The AIRMIXS W4000-04-G1/2" Air Filter Regulatoris a heavy-duty, high-flow 2-in-1 compressed air preparation unit engineered for main plant air distribution lines, heavy machinery, and high-demand industrial pneumatic systems. Featuring full G 1/2" female thread ports in an expanded 4000-series body, this piggyback unit combines 5-micron particulate filtration with stable pressure regulation in a single body to maximize space and minimize connection leak points.
Constructed with a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum alloy body and a high-capacity polycarbonate bowl protected by an integrated steel guard, it effectively captures liquid water condensate, oil droplets, scale, and particulate rust. The ergonomic top adjustment handle features a push-to-lock detent mechanism—pull up to dial in operating pressure, then push down to lock it securely against machine vibration.
