The Norgren T20C4800 (T20 Series) is a compact, dual-function exhaust flow regulator and silencer unit designed to combine speed control and noise reduction into a single pneumatic component. Screw-mounted directly into the exhaust ports of directional control valves or pneumatic cylinders, it reduces high-decibel exhaust noise while giving technicians precise control over actuator speed via an internal captive adjusting needle.
As shown in image_0d3197.jpg, the device features a red polyamide (nylon) body with an hex-socket adjustment head, a G 1/2" parallel male threaded connection, and a porous blue polyethylene silencer sleeve. Its blowout-proof adjustment needle ensures safe operation, while its durable, lightweight design resists chemical and mechanical wear across operating pressures up to 10 bar (145 PSI).
