Industrial extra heavy-duty SSR-80 DA single-phase Solid State Relay (SSR) engineered for high-current contactless AC load switching in ultra-high-power industrial heating systems, heavy manufacturing equipment, commercial processing machinery, and large motor control panels. Driven by a low-voltage 3–32V DC logic signal, it reliably and safely switches AC operating loads from 24V to 380V AC at up to 80 Amps continuous load current. Built with optical isolation between the low-voltage control inputs and high-power AC output terminals, zero-cross switching technology to suppress inrush current spikes and electromagnetic interference, and a solid-state structure with no mechanical moving parts, it delivers spark-free, completely silent operation and long operational life under demanding industrial power cycles.
