The PSL04 Speed Control Pneumatic Silencer combines noise suppression and exhaust flow regulation into a single heavy-duty fitting. Designed with a 1/2" male thread (PT / BSPT / NPT / G), it connects directly into the main exhaust ports of large directional control valves, solenoid manifolds, and heavy air cylinders to throttle stroke speeds while dampening operational exhaust noise.
Constructed with a solid brass body, an adjustable control screw with a knurled locking nut, and a high-density sintered bronze filter element, the PSL04 allows fine-tuning of cylinder speed directly at the exhaust outlet. The porous sintered structure also acts as a protective shield, preventing airborne particles, dirt, and shop debris from entering the internal valve mechanisms.
