The PSL01 Plastic is a compact, high-efficiency porous plastic pneumatic silencer designed to suppress exhaust air noise and filter particulate emissions from pneumatic control valves, air cylinders, and manifold exhaust ports. Constructed from high-density porous polyethylene (PE) resin, it offers excellent noise reduction with minimal backpressure resistance.
Featuring a 1/8" male threaded fitting, the PSL01 provides direct, tool-free installation into standard exhaust ports. Its corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and non-clogging plastic body makes it an ideal solution for automated industrial machinery, food processing equipment, cleanrooms, and packaging lines.
