The AIRMIXS MU-MINI-20NX-1/4" Air Preparation Unit is a high-efficiency, space-saving 3-in-1 FRL assembly engineered for compact pneumatic control cabinets and space-constrained automation machinery. Connecting via G 1/4" ports, this modular unit combines three essential air treatment functions into one unified assembly: extracting moisture and particle debris, providing precise downstream pressure regulation, and injecting an oil fog to lubricate downstream pneumatic valves and actuators.
Engineered with a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum main housing and transparent polycarbonate bowls protected by steel guards, it provides clear visibility of condensate and oil levels. The regulator features a non-rising push-to-lock adjustment knob to prevent pressure drift caused by machine vibration, while the integrated micro-fog lubricator allows precise drip adjustment proportional to airflow.
