The AIRMIXS MU-MIDI-40N-1/2" Air Preparation Unit is a high-flow, heavy-duty 3-in-1 FRL modular system designed for main air supply lines, high-demand pneumatic equipment, and automated production machinery. Featuring G 1/2" port connections and an expanded MIDI body configuration, this unit combines three vital air treatment functions into one coordinated assembly: stripping out liquid condensate and particulate contaminants, regulating operating pressure with high stability, and delivering a fine oil mist to continuously lubricate internal cylinder seals and control valves.
Constructed with a rugged die-cast aluminum housing and impact-resistant polycarbonate bowls encased in heavy protective steel guards, it provides long-term reliability under severe industrial working conditions. The pressure regulator features an ergonomic push-to-lock detent adjustment knob to prevent setting drift caused by machinery vibration, while the oil lubricator includes a transparent sight dome for precise, proportional drip rate tuning.
