MTC300-16 Thyristor Module – 300A 1600V Dual SCR Power Control Module
The MTC300-16 is a heavy-duty, high-performance dual SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) thyristor module engineered for precise high-power control and rectification in industrial automation and power electronics. Consisting of two series-connected thyristors configured in an anti-parallel or phase-control circuit loop, it supports an average forward current of 300A and handles peak repetitive reverse voltages up to 1600V.
Built using an advanced pressure-welding structure, the module delivers exceptional thermal cycling capabilities and robust transient current handling. The internal chips are electrically isolated from the copper base plate, allowing multiple modules to be mounted on a single shared heatsink without specialized insulation kits.
