LAY5-BD53 Industrial 22mm 3-Position Selector Knob Switch
The LAY5-BD53 is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade 3-position selector switch engineered for multi-mode machinery routing and manual system overrides. This switch features a low-profile Black Short Handle operating via a Momentary Spring-Return to Center mechanism. When turned left or right, it temporarily modifies the circuit paths and automatically snaps straight back to its center, resting neutral position as soon as the operator releases the knob.
Built to handle strict industrial conditions, it combines a robust chrome-plated zinc alloy metal base framework with an advanced flame-retardant polymer terminal body. It comes pre-equipped with a dual-contact array consisting of 2NO (Normally Open) independent contact blocks. These high-conductivity silver alloy contacts perform a mini mechanical self-cleaning wipe on each rotation to scrap off ambient film or grit. The switch drops smoothly into universally standard 22mm panel cutouts and terminates through concealed, touch-safe screw clamp plates.
