KQ2L08-02AS SMC Male Elbow Push-to-Connect Pneumatic Fitting
The SMC KQ2L08-02AS is a premium, high-performance 90-degree male elbow push-to-connect fitting engineered for clean and rapid air line piping setups. Part of the industry-standard KQ2 one-touch series, this compact fitting connects an 8mm outer diameter (OD) pneumatic tube directly to a 1/4" female BSPT threaded port at a right angle, optimizing routing layout configuration in tight spaces.
Built with a high-durability Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) resin body and a corrosion-resistant brass threaded stud, the fitting features a unique 360-degree swiveling body, allowing precise alignment adjustments after tightening. It comes factory-applied with an integrated pre-coated thread sealant on the male R1/4 threads, eliminating the need for Teflon tape or manual compound preparation during assembly. This fitting handles pressures from deep vacuum up to 1.0 MPa, providing an optimal sealing lock for automation setups, industrial production assembly lines, and machinery panel networks.
