ITV2050-312L SMC Electro-Pneumatic Pressure Regulator
The SMC ITV2050-312L is a high-performance electro-pneumatic regulator designed to provide stepless, proportional air pressure control driven by an electrical voltage signal. Operating on a 24V DC power supply with a 0 to 10 VDC analog input control signal, it precisely regulates pneumatic line pressure across a broad output range of 0.005 to 0.9 MPa (0.05 to 9 bar).
As shown in image_493a04.png, the regulator features an integrated 3-digit LED display indicating real-time output pressure in MPa, top keypad push-buttons for setting adjustments, a top M12 4-pin connector plug, and a durable die-cast aluminum housing rated to IP65. It includes an analog monitor output (1–5 VDC) for external PLC/controller feedback, making it ideal for precision tensioning, laser cutting assist gas control, automated force actuation, and industrial pneumatic systems.
