HE-012-2-1L-PG21 Heavy-Duty Connector Kit
The HE-012-2-1L-PG21 is a complete, industrial-grade rectangular heavy-duty connector (HDC) kit engineered for safe, high-reliability power, signal, and data transmission in demanding automation and manufacturing environments. This comprehensive connector kit features a 12-contact female insert with clear terminal protection alongside a dedicated ground port (12+PE), designed to handle currents up to 16A and operational voltages up to 500V.
As displayed in HE 012 2 1L PG21.jpg, the assembly includes a panel-mount (bulkhead) base fitted with a protective perimeter rubber sealing gasket and a robust top-entry protective hood with a PG21 cable gland interface. A durable metal single locking lever (1L) mechanism delivers excellent vibration resistance and maintains a tight IP65-rated seal against dust and liquid ingress when fully mated.
