F1/4-ABS WIND Flat Air Jet Nozzle – 1/4"BSP
The F1/4-ABS WIND is a high-performance flat fan air jet nozzle designed for efficient compressed air blow-off, cooling, drying, and conveying applications. Engineered with 16 precision orifices, it converts a standard compressed air stream into a powerful, high-impact, flat fan air curtain while significantly reducing operating noise and air consumption compared to open pipe blow-offs.
As shown in image_7fea2c.png, the nozzle is molded from durable, lightweight blue ABS plastic featuring molded text (F1/4-ABS WIND), a 1/4" male threaded inlet connection, integrated mounting holes for precise air knife array alignment, and protective recessed front prongs to prevent orifice clogging or damage.
