EV20 CHELIC Vacuum Ejector for Automation
The CHELIC EV20 Vacuum Ejector is a highly efficient, single-stage inline venturi vacuum generator designed for pneumatic pick-and-place systems, robotic handling, and automation packaging lines. Utilizing a high-velocity compressed air stream to generate a deep vacuum, the EV20 is optimized for rapid vacuum generation, ensuring swift and highly reliable suction response times for suction cup operations.
Its compact, lightweight, space-saving design allows for close-coupled installation directly adjacent to suction pads, significantly reducing pipeline volume and minimizing cycle times. The EV20 is equipped with standard 1/4" female threading for secure, high-flow pneumatic piping and features an integrated heavy-duty plastic silencer (muffler) to drastically suppress exhaust noise during operation.
