DN20 AIRMIXS Automatic Air Vent Valve 3/4"

The AIRMIXS DN20 (3/4") Automatic Air Vent Valve is engineered to automatically remove trapped air pockets and accumulated gases from commercial, industrial, and domestic HVAC, heating, and air conditioning systems. By continuously bleeding air without requiring manual intervention, this heavy-duty valve prevents the formation of air pockets that compromise thermal efficiency, restrict circulation, and trigger noise.

Featuring an internal high-precision polyethylene float mechanism coupled with an airtight seals assembly, the valve drops to vent trapped air immediately as it collects. Once the air is purged, the fluid level rises to lift the float, cleanly sealing the discharge mechanism and eliminating leaking or weeping. Its installation actively prevents long-term system damage resulting from cavitation, air-binding, and oxygen-driven galvanic corrosion.
