The VTEKE 1000/5A is a heavy-duty, high-capacity low-voltage current transformer designed for measuring and monitoring primary AC currents up to 1000 Amps. Converting primary current down to a standard 5A secondary output, this CT features a high burden power rating of 20VA with Class 1.0 accuracy, making it capable of driving long secondary cable runs and multiple panel meters, energy monitors, or transducers simultaneously. Encapsulated in a flame-retardant ABS/polycarbonate housing with an integrated busbar mounting window and sealable terminal cover, it delivers high thermal resistance, safety, and long-term operating stability in low-voltage switchboards and power distribution panels.
