The CDQMB12-25 from the SMC CQM Series integrates a cylinder, guide rods, and a tooling plate into a single compact unit. It allows workpieces to be mounted directly to the tooling plate.

The CQM is a compact cylinder integrated with a guide rod and plate. The series is available in 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm bore sizes. Non-rotating accuracy is 0.2 or less. Series CQM allows a workpiece to be mounted directly to the tooling plate. Auto switches are mountable/removable even when the plate is retracted. Guide rod type compact cylinder Bore sizes *: 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100 Standard strokes *: 5 to 100 4 times the lateral load resistance of the CQ2K Non-rotating accuracy 0.2 or less
