AQ5000-06 SMC Style High-Flow Pneumatic Quick Exhaust Valve – 3/4" Female Thread
The AQ5000-06 is a heavy-duty, high-capacity pneumatic quick exhaust valve designed to significantly increase pneumatic cylinder stroke speeds by immediately exhausting compressed air directly at the cylinder port. By routing returning air out to the atmosphere locally instead of sending it back through long piping to the primary control valve, system backpressure is minimized and operating efficiency is maximized.
As displayed in image_df6a07.jpg, the unit features a rugged die-cast aluminum housing with clearly engraved IN and OUT port identifiers and a standard 3/4" female threaded connection. Built with an internal diaphragm mechanism, low differential pressure sensitivity, and a high flow capacity, this valve is ideal for heavy industrial automation, pneumatic actuation systems, tooling machinery, and rapid-cycling air circuits
