AQ3000-03 SMC Series High-Flow Pneumatic Quick Exhaust Valve (3/8" Port)
The SMC AQ3000 is a compact, high-capacity quick exhaust valve designed to significantly increase pneumatic actuator speeds. By mounting directly inline near the cylinder port, this valve intercepts returning air and vents it straight to the atmosphere rather than forcing it back through long piping lines to the main control valve. This layout drastically minimizes system back-pressure and ensures ultra-fast retraction or stroke cycles.
Engineered with a durable aluminum die-cast body, the AQ3000 utilizes a high-performance internal element available in both dynamic diaphragm and lip versions. It provides an exceptionally large flow capacity relative to its tight footprint and handles system pressures up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
