The AIRMIXS AC5010-10 FRL Unit is a high-capacity, heavy-duty air preparation assembly designed for main compressed air lines and large-scale industrial pneumatic networks. Featuring full 1" port connections, this two-piece modular system combines a high-efficiency piggyback filter-regulator with a micro-fog lubricator to deliver clean, precisely pressure-regulated, and lubricated air to high-demand equipment, heavy cylinders, and automated production machinery.
Built with an extra-large die-cast aluminum body and high-impact polycarbonate bowls encased in heavy steel protective guards, it provides maximum reliability under rigorous factory conditions. The pressure regulator features an ergonomic press-to-lock adjustment knob to prevent setting drift caused by heavy machine vibration, while the micro-drip lubricator allows precise oil metering proportional to air flow.
