The Siemens 3SE5112-0CE01 is a high-reliability industrial mechanical position limit switch within the premium SIRIUS 3SE5 series. Built to comply strictly with the standardized EN 50041 dimensional configuration, this modular sensor tracks presence, object travel, and safety gating boundaries within conveyor tracks, heavy-duty processing machinery, and automated production floors.
As shown in image_346d43.jpg, the device features a modular 40mm wide body block configuration topped with an angular roller lever head assembly (offset design). The actuator mechanism incorporates a high-precision 22mm diameter roller designed for smooth cam-driven linear tracking and perpendicular movement interaction. Inside, it utilizes quick-acting snap-action contacts (1 NO / 1 NC) that deliver a precise repeat accuracy of 0.05mm. The enclosure features a single standard M20 x 1.5 cable conduit entry port on the bottom base for streamlined industrial wiring connectivity.
