3SE5112-0CH50 Siemens Mechanical Adjustable Limit Switch (EN 50041)
The Siemens 3SE5112-0CH50 is an industrial-grade mechanical position limit switch within the premium SIRIUS 3SE5 series. Built to comply with standard EN 50041 dimensional specifications, this highly adaptable sensor tracks position, object presence, and structural travel limits on conveyor systems, automated production floors, and industrial machinery lines.
As shown in image_345e9e.jpg, the unit features a modular 40mm wide body block configuration paired with an adjustable side rotary head assembly. The actuator is equipped with a specialized adjustable-length slotted lever and a 19mm diameter roller, giving field operators the ability to manually slide and lock the lever length to fit specific cam-tracking radii. Operating with a high-performance 1 NO / 1 NC snap-action contact structure, it delivers an exceptional repeat accuracy of 0.05mm. The enclosure features a single standard M20 x 1.5 cable conduit entry port on the bottom base for streamlined industrial wiring connectivity.
